Last summer, I had a wonderful holiday. It was three weeks long.

My family and I went to the seaside. We stayed in a small house near the beach. Every morning, I woke up early. I ate breakfast quickly, and then I ran to the water. We played games and swam a lot. My sister bought a new yellow beach ball, and we used it every day. The weather was sunny, but one day it rained. So, we watched a funny film at home instead.

One afternoon, I was building a big sandcastle when suddenly, a dog came running. My mother was reading a book under an umbrella, and my father was listening to music. The dog was looking for its owner. I was trying to give it some water when the owner finally appeared.

When we arrived at the seaside, my grandparents had already left their holiday home. We were a little sad because we had hoped to see them. Before we started our trip, I had packed my bag very carefully, so I didn't forget anything important for the beach.

I felt very relaxed when the holiday finished. It was the best summer!
